The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Analyst will be an integral part of the Finance team and work closely with the Chief Diversity Officer. The company believes that diversity among lawyers is essential to its continued success as one of the preeminent law companys in the world, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Analyst will play an important role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and communicating results. The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Analyst will develop and support new and existing internal and external requests for the Company and will play a key role in helping track the Company’s key performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Source data and complete external client and general diversity surveys.

  • Organize high volumes of data into concise and robust summaries, by utilizing and creating dashboards and other reporting tools for Company leadership and partners.

  • Research industry trends related to diversity, equity, and inclusion and effectively communicate results with Company leadership to ensure that Company goals align with or exceed industry standards.

  • Communicate effectively, cross functionally with teams including the Company’s diversity leaders, human resources, and global finance to provide key statistical data, as requested.

  • Coordinate with marketing and client value teams and attorneys to provide diversity metrics for RFPs and client pitches. Identify and implement process improvements to facilitate client and company reporting and to give attorneys more visibility on how their matter staffing is contributing to the Company’s DEI goals.

  • Manage the process for delivering monthly, quarterly and annual DEI reports, along with analyzing and interpreting the data to make recommendations to management.

  • Create PowerPoint presentations and other reports for internal management and to assist in client discussions.

  • Adopt best practices in data integrity, test design, analysis, validation and documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • It is essential that the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Analyst share the Company’s vision on diversity, equity, and inclusion and should demonstrate continuous commitment to helping the Company meet its goals.

  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented and well-organized.

  • The candidate must have a strong customer focus, be responsive, work well under pressure and continually strive for efficiency and excellence.

  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem solving ability are also required.

  • Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

  • Should have the ability to view business issues in perspective, follow-up on projects/assignments and be able to prioritize and participate in multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Must be able to work with large volumes of data and possess advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g. formulas, macros, pivots, data manipulation).

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and working knowledge of SQL and Database fluency are a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills are required to build and maintain effective relationships with senior management, attorneys and staff.

EXPERIENCE

  • A four-year degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Economics or a related field is required.

  • One or two years of related work experience is preferred.

  • Strong project management skills, time management skills, and attention to detail and accuracy is needed.

The Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires that we provide the compensation range and benefits offered for this position if performed in Colorado. The base salary range for this position in Colorado is: $95K USD +Bonuses
