The Role:

Our District Operations Managers are the servant leaders of our operations team. We fulfill the promise made in our mission statement to make the member experience “and exceptional one” through this leadership. We do this daily by:

What you will be doing:

· You work at 2-3 clubs per day within your market of 8-12 locations to ensure all company standards for club operations are met and resolve any issues while on site.

· You are responsible for club staffing at all levels. This includes a talented Operations Manager in each club, a friendly front desk and babysitting staff, and effective janitorial team.

· Your previous experiences and background enable you to resolve all escalated member concerns within your market quickly and thoroughly.

· You utilize the resources and systems in place to ensure facility presentation is in full compliance with company standards, including maintenance and cleanliness.

· You collaborate and build rapport with the other department managers to support the overall performance of the market

What we are looking for:

· Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 4+ years of Management level experience

· Multi-Unit Management level experience

· Passionate about Health & Fitness

· Full-time Monday-Friday. Some calls expected off-hours. Able to drive from club to club.
