Job Summary:

Primary responsibility of this role is distribution of Kitazato and Bioskryb medical device products. Functions include fulfillment of Customer orders, aiding in receiving incoming materials and maintains accurate inventory. Secondarily, this role will serve as backup support to Materials Team in receiving / stocking of supplies for CB/CT Production.

You Will:

• Responsible for distribution functions to include fulfillment of Customer orders to specifications of packaging instructions, order tracking, and data entry into computerized system.
• Become knowledgeable in CBR Materials work instructions and standard operating procedures to support material functions as needed
• Maintain inventory, ensure accurate inventory records and support monthly/quarterly/annual physical inventory
• Inspect and verify deliveries; reconcile invoices against POs, check cost and quantities received/ordered
• Quarantine incoming supplies as needed until labeled, color-coded and released for use
• Maintain supply release system for QC release of product
• Perform emergency lot pull and product recalls as needed
• Ensure at-risk inventory is removed from use before expiration
• Handle and track non-conforming products and supplies as needed

You Have:

• Minimum 6 months material handling experience, or combination of education and related experience
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic warehousing and/or shipping experience in computerized business environment
• Uphold high standards of integrity, trust, and support of team members
• Effective collaboration: comfortable to ask for help, admit mistakes, share ideas and build on others’ ideas
• Self-starter, demonstrates willingness to listen, learn, and be motivated to work
• Exercises necessary consideration in making choices to the best of our ability.
• Can prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency requirements; maintains alignment with Team goals, asks for help when necessary
• Operates warehouse hydraulic jack
• Must be able to lift 20-40 lbs. regularly, occasionally max 60 lbs.
• Basic experience using electronic scanners, printers, PC
