A day in the life...

Everyone in the restaurant depends on you. If there are no glasses, drinks don't get served. If there is no silverware, tables can't get set. If there are no pots or pans, food doesn't get cooked. Dishwashers are the Heart of our House!

As a dishwasher, you're responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition in an energetic environment. Dishwashing is the perfect opportunity to start in an entry level in a kitchen and work your way up. There are many chances to learn and advance into other restaurant positions. No two days are alike and no matter how busy things may get: we are a group of people who promote teamwork, encourage a fun work environment, and share common goals for our guests.

Job Requirements:

• Kitchens can be hot, noisy and stressful places but you remain cool under pressure with the ability to work safely and quickly to ensure your culinary component is delivered timely and accurately every time.
• Dedicated to quality, consistency, and exceptional customer service.
• Be prepared and ready to learn. This requires you to come to work on time and ready to work, stock and organize your area, prep any items needed for service, and complete food orders for our guests. Our chefs are eager to learn new duties and/or stations to advance your career.
• Work with a team of professionals. You enjoy working with others and through collaboration, our kitchen team turns out delicious food. Sometimes this means being flexible and using your knowledge to help others.
• Exhibit clean work habits and understand your shared ownership of keeping a safe and clean work area.
