ServiceChannel is currently seeking a Director, Strategic Partnerships & Initiatives to join our growing team. Reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer, to drive ServiceChannel’s growth, long-term profitability, as well as create exceptional customer value. This role will be responsible for partnering across the organization as well as other Fortive Opcos to develop and drive execution of ServiceChannel’s critical initiatives, the identification, development and management of corporate level strategic alliances and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a background in strategic partnerships, leading complex initiatives with experience in the enterprise SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities

Build out the framework and Strategy for ServiceChannel’s partnership ecosytem from the ground up

Organize, create and present ideas, plans and recommendations in an effective, concise way, including working closely with executives and higher level management

Identify, qualify, and implement opportunities with current and prospective partners to create an industry leading partnership eco-system that will deliver exceptional value to our customers, help drive significant growth, strengthen market position, and help us win new customers

Become a subject matter authority on our current and future initiatives and drive partnership strategies both internally and externally

Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Account Management, Product, Marketing and Engineering to ensure exceptional outcomes

Ongoing management and execution of key partnership action plans while identifying new business and revenue-generating opportunities across FAL/Fortive Opcos

Implement and champion standard processes for partnership identification, onboarding, enablement, and support

Work with sales and commercials teams to drive deals and opportunities to successful outcomes

Create framework and process to track and report progress and status of opportunities/deals/revenue driven by strategic partnerships and initiatives

Supervise/develop existing and new revenue streams for the organization and collaborate across multiple teams and departments internally to efficiently implement

Lead executive-level communications with key partners as well as participate in QBRs and exec level meetings with customers

Work with senior leadership to write program concepts, proposals, and reports

Lead customized and sophisticated discussion with our strategic partners

Develop strategies and business plans against data driven metrics and tracking key achievements to drive revenue
Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of work experience running Partnerships/Channels and key initiatives to drive growth

Sales experience in a SaaS environment

Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, structured frameworks and action plans; able to synthesize concepts and present information in a compelling manner

Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to communicate effectively at all levels of an Organization- Executive, Technical, Staff level

Ability to adapt as needed in a fast paced growth focused environment

Demonstrated comfort and willingness to move from strategic to tactical as needed, rolling up sleeves and getting hands dirty to achieve business goals

Comfortable working with unknowns

Highly organized, self-starter, and also highly collaborative

Experience working well with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and creative teams

Can-do, positive, inspiring demeanor

Leading and prioritizing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, while still ensuring high-quality results and a strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building across all levels, internally and externally

Open to up to 40% domestic and international travel

BA/BS degree
