Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Risk and Analytics to oversee our risk management and analytics activities. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and developing insights to support decision-making processes. You are a self-starter, a strong communicator, and possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
What you’ll get to do:

Develop and implement risk management strategies that mitigate NAX Group’s exposure to risks and uncertainties -
Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework that includes risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies

Monitor and report on NAX’s risk profile, ensuring that risk management strategies are effective and up-to-date

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and rating agencies

Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement best practices in risk management

Oversee the development and implementation of analytics and reporting processes that support decision-making processes

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop insights to support strategic decision-making

Develop and maintain relationships with external data providers, ensuring that the company has access to the latest data and analytical tools

Develop and implement training programs that ensure employees understand the importance of risk management and analytics in decision-making processes
What you bring to the team:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field -
8+ years of experience in risk management, analytics, or a related field

Experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders

Experience in working with large datasets and data visualization tools

Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and predictive modeling

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in leading and managing teams
