Job Summary:

CareCloud is seeking an experienced and highly driven Director of Product Marketing to join our marketing team.


The ideal candidate will bring direct experience driving product marketing strategy in the healthcare software space. They will serve as a subject matter expert that develops and manages product positioning, messaging, audience alignment and packaging. They will translate these strategies into relevant internal and external content and marketing programs that materially impact the top line.


This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing and has direct supervisory responsibilities.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product, sales and marketing to support a winning go-to-market strategy that effectively grows revenue across the product portfolio.
  • Manage the development of primary customer research and thought leadership.
  • Maintain up-to-date competitor analysis and intelligence on market trends and innovations.
  • Develop, document, and integrate product positioning, messaging, value proposition, competitive differentiation and buyer personas into actionable programs.
  • Develop deep knowledge and understanding of the target consumer and buyer journey to identify key insights that can be leveraged in marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Generate thought leadership and content such as case studies, whitepapers, collateral, product videos, battlecards and infographics for the entire product portfolio.
  • Maintain and evolve a product matrix and ABM strategy.
  • Develop sales enablement tools that communicate customer insights, value propositions and sources of competitive differentiation.
  • Develop, lead and manage product launches and releases; coordinate resources to keep projects focused and on target.
  • Identify and share proactive recommendations for new initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide support for the delivery of other sales and marketing initiatives, as appropriate.


Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience leading the product marketing activities at a leading healthcare software organization.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Comfortable connecting product roadmap strategies to tactical operations and support programs.
  • Product-driven: demonstrated ability to partner with sales to ensure alignment of product and sales strategy/execution.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking across multiple complex projects and proven experience leading GTM initiatives.
  • Organized, process-driven approach to the development and execution of project plans; strong project management capabilities.
  • Capable of working under pressure while managing many deadline-sensitive projects simultaneously.
  • High energy and highly productive with strong self-starter initiative and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Must demonstrate initiative, leadership, persuasiveness and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective presentations and program updates.
  • Must have good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Slack and Teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing or other related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of product marketing experience for healthcare technology software and services.
  • B2B experience required; experience in the healthcare industry preferred, or related SaaS technology software that translates immediately.
  • Deep expertise in product marketing execution programs and tactics.
  • Understanding of product development, product marketing and marketing execution concepts and customer lifecycles for healthcare.
