Govig Healthcare Group, the premier Executive Search firm in the Senior Care industry, is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing for an assisted living and memory care community in Gainesville, VA. This position is for a large senior living company with great growth opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process within the community
- Responsible for growing occupancy within community
- Assist prospective residents and their family members in the decision-making process by identifying their needs and educating them about the benefits of the community.
- Represent the community and increase awareness through participation in outside events, professional groups and community involvement in the local market
- Working as a team with department heads to achieve community goals
All Potential Candidates Must Have:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in an Assisted Living community
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven track in meeting and achieving occupancy goals
