Our company COLDEST (coldest.com), is looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing /Full Time

• Founded in 2014, COLDEST is a rapidly growing, Florida based company that designs and produces the world’s most innovative drinkware, coolers, and related lifestyle products. Inspired by equal parts inventiveness and imagination, we are a crew of passionate, creative, fast-moving, ambitious, self-starters with unmatched dedication to crafting the COLDEST experience.
• Lead clear & effective sales presentations utilizing decks tailored to each account

Analyze market needs and develop account strategies; work closely with buyers to make markdown and refresh suggestions

• Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures for Key Accounts
• Develop an efficient and accurate forecasting process with retailers and team
• Meet individual and team monthly and annual sales goals
• Execute and manage Key Account order flow through EDI and other systems, including NetSuite and Alloy
• Establish short- and long-term strategies for Key Accounts that both mirror and lead the COLDEST brand direction

Work closely with VP of sales to maximize support of the largest accounts while still meeting COLDEST budget/margin guidelines
Partner with warehouse management & Ops teammates to minimize turnaround time on Key Account orders
Manage the logistical complexities regarding routing & compliance, etc. to avoid chargebacks & refunds from Key Account partners
Regular travel to accounts, trade shows, and sales meetings; ~15% travel required

Pay: $115,000 - $145,000

This position can work remote or report to our HQ in Fort Myers, FL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
