A family with multiple properties across the US, full staff, and several assets including yachts are looking for a top tier Estate Manager/ Director of Residences. Ideally based out of South Florida with the ability to travel as needed.

Successful candidates will be meticulous, independent, organized, positive, and respectful. They must be great problem solvers, business minded, and big picture thinkers.

Location: South FL, Summers in The Hamptons

Properties: FL, NYC, Long Island, CO, WV

Hours: Monday – Friday, but some weekend work needed and a 24/7 approach

Family: Mom and dad, young child under 5 and 2 small dogs

Duties Include:

· serving as an all-around gatekeeper

· managing staff members and schedules, working with the payroll company

· sourcing and training external staff as required to ensure all properties are looked after at all times

· scheduling and overseeing home maintenance

· overseeing and managing all construction and projects

· handling household bills, revaluating budgets and systems

· solving issues, making executive minded decisions regarding the running of the homes

· working with yacht management company, being point of contact

· this role will be inheriting systems in place, a reinvention is not required but a reassessment and implementation of new and more efficient processes is required through critical thinking and big picture thinking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $300,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
