Southport Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation 120 Bed Nursing Facility located in beautiful Southport, CT. We are currently looking for a Director of Rehab that is either PT, OT, or ST.
- Provide Therapy to Patients as needed
- Manage Therapy Departments Schedules
- Hire Staff as needed
- Participate in Care Conferences
- Participate in our daily IDT Meeting
- Lead weekly rehab meetings
- Understand and meet with MDS about PDPM
- Other
