Greetings!

I hope this message finds you well our client is seeking a Director of Recruiting and Professional Development Support practice groups by sourcing candidates through various channels, including internal referrals and leads, job postings, targeted recruiting campaigns, and search firms. Collaborate with practice group and industry affinity group leaders to determine short and long term attorney hiring needs. Oversee all aspects of lateral candidate hiring process, from scheduling of interviews through offer letters and onboarding. Work with summer associate hiring partners to manage summer associate program, from registration with law schools for on campus interviews through summer associate onboarding and integration. Drive Firm visibility at targeted law schools, attorney groups, and legal search firm associations. Analyze recruiting trends and implement recruiting strategies to source lateral candidates and summer associates. Coordinate strategic candidate research projects, including online research to obtain information relevant to potential prospects through monitoring of news sources and peer firm websites. Facilitate successful integration of new attorney hires. In conjunction with the Marketing team, create recruiting collateral as well as digital and social media presence and coordinate placement of ads, sponsorship, and articles. Promote attorney engagement and morale through new initiatives focusing on

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Extensive experience in legal recruiting role with progressively increasing responsibility. Proficient in MS Office suite, LawCruit, viDesktop or other recruiting tools.
