We are seeking a talented Director of Product Management to join our team. As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of marketing strategies for our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to develop product messaging, positioning, and launch plans for new products and services.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of technology and possess exceptional analytical and communication skills. You should be a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment. In addition, you should be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable working with virtual teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and launch of innovative technology products that meet consumer needs
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new product lines and gather information about competitors and their products
• Collaborate with research and development, sales, and marketing teams to develop product messaging, positioning, and launch plans
• Analyze key performance indicators and sales results to track product performance and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare both long- and short-term product sales forecasts to inform business strategy and decision-making
• Establish the long-term vision and goals for each product and communicate product development strategies to key stakeholders and company leaders
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a startup or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience launching and growing innovative technology products
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, such as Google Analytics, SEO, and WordPress
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
