About the Role:

This role plays a key part in enabling the organization to deliver on our performance goals, partnering closely with our field team in multiple markets to remove barriers for operational success. The Director of Operations will initially support implementations of the Main Street program in partner clinics as we expand into new practices and new states, and then will transition to support operational execution. This will include monitoring key performance indicators, resolving operational issues, overseeing the deployment of new workflows, and supporting our market leaders. Key responsibilities:

• Support Market leadership teams with structure and tools to drive operational outcomes that align with the organization's financial goals
• Develop and update performance improvement plans and partner with the Market teams for execution
• Facilitate weekly operations reviews with each Market team
• Ensure successful deployment of new operational initiatives in each market
• Identify and monitor technology, data, and other issues raised by market teams and help ensure these are appropriately prioritized and driven to completion
• Work cross-functionally to manage new partner implementations across multiple markets as we grow
• Track partner-level scope of services and other operational nuances
• Work with Market Managers to ensure effective and compliant processes that are consistent with Main Street Health guidelines
• Partner with functional leads to launch new services in each market
• Support Market Presidents with structure and templates for staffing decisions
• Oversee production and quality of standard deliverables to partner practices

Requirements for This Role:

• Possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills and don't mind "rolling up your sleeves"
• Ability monitor performance data and perform additional analysis to arrive at more granular insights
• Experience leading projects, managing plans, and documenting deliverables (PMP not required)
• Ability to successfully drive multiple concurrent projects
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Collaborates well with others in a matrixed organization
• Flexible, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure
• Open to a fast-paced startup where change is the norm
• Healthcare background preferred
