About the Role
We are looking for an intelligent, driven professional to manage a global operations team. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, you’ll be responsible for optimizing our workflow operations. You will own key cost, SLA and quality metrics.
You are a data driven, resourceful leader who thrives in a fast paced environment. You take an innovative and analytical approach to solving problems.
What You'll Do
- Manage the workflow, QA, training and audit teams to drive efficiency and quality throughout our processing pipeline
- Manage the relationships with our offshore partners including negotiations and staffing planning
- Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance our internal platform and tool and to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with our GTM team to ensure we can support new clients and workloads
- Forecast demand to make sure the teams are appropriately staffed to handle fluctuations in volume by hour, day and time of year
- Drive continuous improvement and evolution to our processing pipeline and performance through process improvements and feature enhancements to make the entire organization more scalable
What We’d like to See
- 7+ years of Operational experience, ideally in a fast paced startup environment
- Experience managing offshore and outsourced teams
- Start up experience navigating through a rapid growth stage.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Comfort with data driven decision making under pressure
- Passion for optimization and driving change
- Proactive leadership: Seeks out new opportunities, drives projects and navigates ambiguity with grace
- Strong people manager with demonstrated ability to develop, grow and motivate team members
- Proven experience building and/or managing a tech-enabled human process to increase efficiency and reduce variability
- Experience using data to manage processes and performance
- Humility and a team player - you go out of your way to help teammates
