2nd Home Adult Medical Day Care is an alternative program that enables participants to live at home in the evenings and on the weekends while receiving individualized care for their medical, nursing, social, rehabilitative and personal needs at our centers, Monday through Friday.
2nd Home Adult Medical Day Care has been providing care, support, companionship and counseling for elderly and handicapped adults who require supervision during daytime hours since 1998. https://2ndhome.org/

Responsibilities:

• Conducting new client assessments, ongoing observation, and reporting.
• Supervising, training, and evaluating field staff (new and existing employees).
• Conducting routine audits of clinical files.
• Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients and families.
• Performing on-call duties as Director of Nursing.
• Administer medication safely.
• Provide emotional support for patients and their families.
• Demonstrate that the patient is receiving the best care possible.
• Maintain a professional relationship with co-workers, doctors, and other medical staff.
• Maintain a clean environment in the facility where work is performed.
• Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47.00 - $49.00 per hour
