The Director of Marketing is responsible for improving and executing marketing strategies across the Red Tail portfolio. This position will help drive property performance and maintain support to the Regional Management Team as well as report to the Executive Leadership. This is a tactical role, perfect for a marketer with a project management, design, and strategy skillset.

Responsibilities:

  • Review marketing metrics (PPC, website performance, ILS performance, etc.) and provide suggestions on how to maximize marketing spend, generate quality leads and improve lead-to-lease ratios across 11,000 unit portfolio
  • Create a monthly marketing snapshot that to be sent to all Executive Leadership
  • Help to oversee each community's marketing budget and be mindful of spend
  • Direct oversight of third party vendor contracts and packages
  • Complete all support tickets that are routed to Marketing
  • Identify short-term and long-term goals with detailed action plan
  • Responsible for managing company and community social media
  • Ensure brand consistency and design direction for all marketing materials
  • Complete all required marketing-related tasks during the acquisition and disposition phases
  • Oversee the design of the portfolio, including signage, digital ads, flyers, and brochures
  • Compile market analyses and discuss strategy for each Regional Manager
  • Capable of working in a fast pace environment and able to meet or exceed scheduled deadlines
  • Create and oversee the a reputation strategy for over 75+ communities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred
  • 3-5 Years of Multifamily Marketing Experience
  • Digital Marketing Certified (Google Analytics, Google Adwords)
  • Yardi Voyager Systems User
  • Advanced Skill in Social Media, ILS’, Website Management
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop is preferred
  • Proactive and highly motivated self-starter
  • Demonstrate a high level of accountability and ability to perform under pressure

Remote Requirements:

  • Occasional in-person visits Irvine, CA Corporate office and/or visits to communities
  • Participate in on-camera meetings in professional attire and workspace
