We are looking for a strategic and operationally oriented leader to support CCRMs growth and ensure we maintain a high level of clinical quality. The ideal candidate can create structure from an undefined environment, enjoys a fast paced work environment and is looking to make a difference every day by helping our patients build families. This position reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Successfully lead the integration of existing and upcoming sites –both denovo and acquisitions into the CCRM network
    • Lead the integration (systems, personnel, etc.) of new practices into the CCRM network to ensure successful onboarding; Partner with CCRM corporate development and clinical teams to understand legacy operational workflows and processes, develop integration timeline and lead the day-to-day integration roll out post-closing
    • Lead communication with new practices (physicians, leadership) as well work cross functionally with full CCRM leadership team to ensure positive alignment and collaboration
    • Partner with CCRM and practice operations team to support hiring of key operational roles based on local needs
    • Identify and lead operational and financial performance optimization
  • Lead CCRM acquisition strategy and create the playbook for CCRM growth
    • Ensure CCRM maintains high clinical standards and quality with network growth
    • Develop a defined integration playbook for CCRM; define items critical to integrate immediately for success as well as identify areas where local autonomy makes sense
  • Special projects with COO
    • Identify areas for operational and financial performance optimization across the CCRM portfolio – take point on specific projects

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Passion for CCRM’s mission – We take pride in what we do and the high-quality care we provide for patients
  • Communication skills – This role will require communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels (from reporting to the c-suite/board on M&A status to leading a town hall with a local team etc.)
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity – Able to navigate through ambiguity and create structure from environments with uncertainty

Education and Experience

  • Project management experience – Must be highly organized and have experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through multi-month complex projects
  • High EQ/people and leadership skills – Experienced people leader that is viewed as highly collaborative and easy to work with
  • Analytical, strategic and business acumen – Demonstrated ability to use data to drive insights

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains direct reports.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the staff and department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with Company policies.

Working Conditions

Preference for candidates located in Denver but fully remote candidates will also be considered. This job will require occasional travel to existing or new sites and our Colorado office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, including computer keyboards and mice; telephones; photocopiers; scanners; filing cabinets.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with others. The employee is frequently required to sit; will occasionally stand and/or walk; use hands and fingers to grasp, pick, pinch, type; and reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; operation of standard office machines and equipment.

FLSA Status

Exempt (salaried)

Pay Range

$130,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly plus bonus potential

Actual compensation offered will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills, education, and experience.
