In this dynamic role, you will provide guidance to Carbon Health’s corporate organization supporting several C-level leaders and functional Vice Presidents, including the COO, VP of Product, VP of Design and other corporate functions. Your impact will be made as you develop improvements and increase effectiveness, while improving assimilation, influencing and delivering people leadership programs, and overseeing employee relations.
Reporting to the Vice President of Employee Experience, you will provide guidance to leadership developing important relationships that will enable effective coaching on organizational improvement initiatives. You will thrive in this role, if you succeed in operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, unstructured matrixed environment keeping your focus on driving and delivering key components of the strategic objectives while executing on the day-to-day oversight. Your influence, consulting, and program delivery will be on an enterprise-wide scale across multiple business units.
What You'll Do
- Provide strategic guidance as a trusted partner to several C-level and Vice President level leaders
- Collaborate to develop people and organizational strategies and programs that support business objectives and values
- Influence and help design organizational development/effectiveness initiatives and interventions and drive improvements through partnership with leadership within multiple functional areas
- Provide strategic counsel, feedback and coaching to executive teams on broad ranging issues including business strategy, process, and all people related activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and practices applicable to the functional groups
- Harmonize policies and practices between the HQ functional teams & the field healthcare group(s)

Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS with minimum 10+ years of related experience, including HR generalist and business partner experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering integrated HR solutions to an organization
- Strong knowledge and experience in leadership coaching, organization effectiveness, team dynamics, leadership development, management/leadership effectiveness, and facilitation
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail and process engineering experience required
- Experience in one or more pre-IPO start-ups or small privately held companies is a plus, along with offshore experience
- Experience in the health-tech industry is a plus
