WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Director of Clinical Education & Organizational Development, you will be a strategic and agile leader who works closely with the Health System’s leadership to develop, implement and evaluate the workforce learning plan. You will drive and own results to ensure that the workforce has the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities required to grow the organization’s strategic needs and goals to meet the needs of our patients and families. You will establish and implement comprehensive workforce development and training initiatives through integration of a culture of learning at all levels of the organization. You will be responsible for programs, which include but are not limited to: Clinical Education and Leadership, Team Member, and Career Development Programs. You will include working collaboratively with other leaders to implement the organization’s learning, vision, and organizational development strategy. You will empower team members to execute and facilitate the development and delivery of learning opportunities through coaching and managing daily operations. BACKGROUND:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Health Related discipline required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Previous management experience. 3-5 years’ related experience in a healthcare/education environment preferred.
• Current Nursing License. Current BLS obtained through the American Heart Association required. Must be willing to acquire additional certifications as directed to meet departmental demands.
