EnM Contracting is a rapidly growing construction company based in Toms River NJ. Our projects include ground up construction as well as renovation and consulting projects.

We are currently looking for an experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. The position is to assist bring new projects into the company and maintain relationships with our clients.

This is a salary plus commission position with lots of potential for the right individual.

Responsibilities:

• Bringing in new client into the company including prospecting and generating leads.
• Build and maintain client relationships and work with management team to ensure client satisfaction,
• Understanding clients project needs and working with management team to come up with best strategy based on the client’s needs.
• Attend networking events to get out and meet potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial construction / commercial Real Estate
• 3+ Years of experience in business development / sales
• Organized and efficient self-starter
• Must be a motivated team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• This is an in-office position in our offices in Toms River NJ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,027.00 - $133,499.00 per year
