Cerebral Palsy of Westchester is seeking a Director of Behavioral Services . The candidate must be a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology or Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Duties:

· Develop and maintain an agency wide systemic approach to behavioral management and implementation of OPWDD and SED policies and practices related to behavior management

· Oversee development and implementation of psychological and behavioral services in preschool program, therapeutic school program, day habilitation and residential programs which support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

· Supervise Behavior Intervention Specialists and other behavior support staff throughout all programs.

· Develop systems for efficient data collection and integrity.

· Oversee development and implementation of Functional Behavior Analysis, Behavior Support Plans, Medication Monitoring Plans and behavioral protocols to be presented to the Human Rights Committee.

· Participate on assigned committees, such as Incident Review Committee, safety committee, and admission discharge committees.

· Provide individual and group counseling for students and adult participants as needed.

· Conduct psychological and psycho-educational assessments as needed

· Conduct on-going training sessions for staff throughout programs

· Provide direct guidance and assistance to staff so behavioral strategies and data collection are properly implemented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
