The Director of Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain is responsible for evolving the IT organization that is responsible for supporting the Technical Operations and Quality functions, and will report to the Sr Director of IT. The Director will partner with the business to develop a solutions strategy including a roadmap, technology and resource recommendations and will be responsible for identifying and implementing the technology solutions enabling Lantheus to meet business goals and objectives. This role will develop the capabilities, technologies and processes necessary to support the IT Strategic Roadmap. This role will work to help drive adoption of existing solutions and determine opportunities for providing enhancements. The Director should be well versed in managing enterprise solutions, defining the appropriate governance, selecting technology solutions, managing RFPs, contract negotiations and vendor selection. Essential Functions

• Partner closely with peers on the IT Leadership Team, Senior Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team to ensure the Corporate Solutions are in line with strategic goals.
• Manage relationships with business partners to drive satisfaction with IT and proactively support business partners.
• Responsible for maintaining the Corporate Solutions Roadmaps for the Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain functions.
• Investigate and evaluate validated technology solutions and make recommendations that maximize time, efficiency and cost savings.
• Responsible for the implementation of key technologies and providing ongoing operational support.
• Participate in all systems GxP life cycle and project management activities across a matrix environment.
• Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance through setting clear expectations and leading by example.
• Capable of acting as a thought partner and providing oversight to Project Managers, Business Analysts and Technology leaders. Maintain familiarity with relevant technical platforms.
• Manage the RFP process including vendor management, requirements gathering and contract negotiations.
• Interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers and subject matter experts.
• Manage annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
• Manage vendor relationships, and monitor vendor performance.
• Actively promotes safety rules and awareness. Demonstrates good safety practices at all times including the appropriate use of protective equipment. Reports and takes initiative to correct safety & environmental hazards.

Typical Minimum Skills and Experience and Education

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with 10+ years progressive experience in analytical roles of increasing responsibility, or equivalent.
• Experience in the following areas preferred: Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Computer Systems Validation, GxP, Validated Change Control and Product Life Cycle Management.
• Skilled people manager with focus on developing talent.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, original thinker, not constrained by status quo, and shows initiative with conceptual intelligence
• Ability to identify gaps between where we are and where we need to be
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team dynamic across multiple functional organizations.
• Experience in the following areas is an asset: ERP (SAP) Systems, Computer System Validation, and GxP.
• Strong working knowledge of SOX Controls preferred
• Experience in the life science industry preferred
• Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
• Non-routine overnight travel based on business need.
