DroneUp is seeking a Director, Delivery Strategy to scope strategy, develop, and launch an innovative delivery experience. The ideal candidate will establish an approach, framework, and methodology that identifies priorities, drives tactical planning, and catalyzes action. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive a variety of project experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to combine market research and user insights to drive decision making for product development that will scale growth
• Design the futuristic delivery journey end-end and implement the journey into the field for initial delivery experience
• Scale the delivery journey by finding tactics to automate the process through technology and physical products working in conjunction with people resources
• Lead client workshops that uncover delivery needs and operational processes to drive optimal success at time of launch
• Build a delivery framework and playbook that outlines how to launch the delivery journey across different types of physical locations with various business needs
• Organize and lead meetings that drive the optimal delivery experience, helping the leadership team in areas such as board and partner updates, business reviews, etc.
• Manage alignment with stakeholders through communication and client ready deliverables that can outline strategy to senior leadership as well as processes to frontline employees
• Other duties as assigned

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
• 10+ years of proven experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or a related field
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders
• Passion for technology, preferably Drones
• Experience working with cross functional teams, external clients, and agencies
• Experience in leading sophisticated strategic projects through implementation
• Track record of working well with people and driving action as a team
• Online e-commerce and physical retail experience
