HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Director, B2B Marketing is an innovative leader responsible for crafting the B2B marketing strategy to meet revenue and client diversification goals. This individual will drive demand generation, client engagement and retention, product marketing, and sales enablement.
This leader will be instrumental in building brand awareness and engagement with employers, benefit advisors, and financial institutions. The ideal candidate has experience in acquisition marketing in the financial services industry, keeps up with marketing technology changes, is passionate about data, and likes working in a collaborate, fast paced environment and focused on driving results.
This person will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and be part of the Marketing leadership team.

  • Establish a best-in-class enterprise marketing strategy for partners, consultants, and clients
  • Plan, develop, and execute of all enterprise marketing initiatives including campaigns, account-based marketing, (ABM), events, sales assets, sales lead generation and pipeline development
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and growth leaders to ensure alignment on short-term and long-term business objectives
  • Lead efforts to build brand awareness with B2B clients and partners through though leadership and elevating subject matter experts
  • Drive enterprise client insights, positioning and messaging
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and robust analytics
  • Ensure the B2B marketing and sales teams have the right tools, processes, marketing materials, and resources to meet and exceed goals
  • Manage agency partners, external resources, and internal resources to design and execute dynamic campaigns that achieve business goals
  • Work with internal stakeholders, including product, technology, legal, client services and operations to ensure that every touchpoint aligns with the brand and business strategy
  • Other duties as assigned

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

  • Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree Preferred
  • 15 years of applicable experience
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience
  • Proven leadership experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
  • Data-driven decision-making and ability to connect business results to marketing
  • Lead generation, acquisition marketing, and ABM experience required
  • Sales enablement experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Client-centric focus and ability to identify and meet internal and external client needs
  • Experience working cross-functionally to ensure marketing programs are in line with company objective
