Proactively drive the development and continued progress of corporate governance policies and processes.

Provide legal counsel to the investor relations team on earnings materials and other shareholder communications.

Keep abreast and advise on the potential impact of new rules, regulations, caselaw, market trends and best practices in the areas of securities law and corporate governance.

Effectively manage both internal direct reports and outside counsel.

What you need to succeed

A very strong attention to detail, excellent judgment, communication (verbal and written), organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple groups and functions.

Executive presence and the ability to interact professionally with both company leaders and the Board of Directors.

A self-starter who operates independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
