• Deductibles will not apply to services provided by a Steward provider (Tier 1).
• Office visits copay will be $0 when a member uses a Steward Provider (Tier 1).
• Mental Health and Substance Abuse office visits will be $0 for all In-Network providers (Tier1, Tier 2, and Tier 3).

Admitting Director

Under the supervision of the Business Office Director, works with leads to supervises patient scheduling, admitting, and PBX activities. Ensures that patient demographics and insurance information is accurately obtained and recorded in HBOC. Responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the registrars, schedulers, and PBX operators, including discipline, performance evaluation, & improvement. The Admitting Manager will establish base line performance for each employee and develop goals and targets, in line with department goals, for each. The Admitting Manager will continually evaluate the performance of the department and will adjust processes and practices to improve performance. Is able to work under pressure and maintain an efficient, motivated staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Hospital or medical experience preferred
• Two (2) years of management or leadership experience required.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
• Additional languages are helpful.
