WAGES: $15/ hour

Milestone Centers, a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., is a nonprofit, community-based human services agency supporting individuals with behavioral health challenges and intellectual & developmental disabilities in communities throughout Western Pennsylvania. Milestone Centers has earned certification from the Sanctuary Institute for providing trauma-informed care.

The Direct Support Professionalwill be responsible for providing direct care to adult consumers/clients diagnosed with intellectual and / or developmental disabilities that produce individual outcomes and assist with activities of daily living (ADL) as individual needs indicate. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct care to consumers in a residential setting:
• Basic hygiene, cooking, cleaning, community outings, assist with financial responsibilities,
• and client goals
• Responsible for some transportation and attending medical appointments
• Team oriented with good communication skills
• Must be Medication Administration Certified

WAGES

$15/ hour

CASH INCENTIVES

Employees have the opportunity to earn additional money through various incentive programs:
