• create a positive work environment for individuals and co-workers
• provide assistance and coaching to peers when needed
• complete all required documentation within the established time frame
• notify management of health, safety and environmental concerns in a timely manner
• successfully complete all required training
• support the person(s) served with their personal hygiene such as bathing, oral hygiene and dressing
• support the person(s) served with their daily living tasks such as laundry, cooking, personal finances, preparing for work, recreation, transportation and support employment if applicable
• does not engage in activities other than official business during working hours
• is dependable and accepts responsibility for attendance and punctuality
• works when scheduled, observes agency policy for attendance and time reporting
