Now Hiring! Enjoy a rewarding career in the Social Service field. Full Time and Part Time Resident Program Workers needed working with adults with intellectual developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting.

Must be willing to travel to locations in Chester County, ie. Phoenixville, Malvern, Exton, Downingtown, Coatesville, Parkesburg, West Chester.

Responsibilities: Assist individuals with their daily living tasks. Housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, medical appointments

$300 Sign on Bonus for all positions after 90 days of employment.

Hours: Full Time 40 hours/5 days per week and Part Time 8-24 hours/2-3 days per week options available.

$19.00/hour($20.50/hour pay differential for FT working every weekend)Full Time 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm 5 days per week. Must be willing to work every other weekend for Full Time. Pay differential for every weekend.

$19.00/hourPart Time 2nd shift Weekend $17.25 Weekday: 3pm-11pm; 2-4 shifts per week $15.00 with an increase to $16.75 after 6 mths.

$17.50/Hour: Part Time Weekend Only: Saturday and/or Sunday; 7am-3pm (8-16 hours per week) or

$20.50/hour: FT Weekend: 7am-11pm Saturday and Sunday (FT 32 hours per week)

$16.00/hour: Full Time Day: Monday-Friday: 7am-3pm (Part Time option 2-3 days)

$17.75/hour: Full Time Day Weekday/Every Other Weekend: 7am-3pm 3-5 weekdays and every other Saturday and Sunday.

$16.75/hour: FT 3rd shift: Hours between 11pm-8am 4-5 shifts per week, every other weekend required for FT. Part Time 3rd shift option 2-3 shifts per week. Every weekend pay differential for FT ($18.25/hour)

Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. Must have a valid driver’s license
