At West Mont you will work with clients who have disabilities, and you teach them to live an enriched life, while providing care and guidance. A day in the life of a West Mont staff member may consist of helping a client finish folding their laundry and after taking a walk in the park, and then having a picnic outside; other related job duties are related to CNA work. At West Mont, you will leave work knowing you made a difference in someone’s life, by helping someone with a disability!

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Part-Time, Temporary

COMPETITIVE WAGES | INCENTIVES:

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) earn a competitive wage between $12.50 and $17.50 an hour based on experience and certifications.


New hire 6AM-2PM NO EXPERIENCE starts at $12.50!


New hire 2PM-10PM NO EXPERIENCE starts at $13.00!


New hire 10PM-6AM NO EXPERIENCE starts at $14.00!


Extra $$$ Incentives

We also provide a shift incentive for those employees that work a 4-hour or 8-hour additional shift during a 40-hour work week. If you cover an additional 4-hour shift, as a new hire employee, you will receive a $4.37/hour increase for that week’s wages!! If you cover an additional 8-hour shift, as a new hire employee, you will receive a $8.75/hour increase for that week’s wages!!

Opportunity as a 10p-6a staff member to make $22.75/hour.


$500 Sign on Bonus


Referral BONUS – refer a friend to work at West Mont and you get $500

WE PROVIDE YOU WITH THE SKILLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL AT YOUR POSITION:

You will start out as a DSP 1 and will have the training opportunity within 30 Days to be a DSP 2. Once you become a DSP 2, you instantly receive $0.50 raise. Thus, with NO EXPERIENCE you can be starting at $14.50 within 30 days of hire as a 10p-6a staff member.
