Bonus pay out as follows:
30 days from first shift completed (with documentation): $125 paid out on that pay period
60 days from first shift completed (with documentation): $125paid out on that pay period.
90 days from first completed shift (with documentation): $125 paid out on that pay period.
180 days from first completed shift (with documentation): $125 paid out on that pay period.
Client 1: Kaleva, MI
Thursday-Saturday 8a-6p
Client 2: Manistee, MI
Mondays 1p-4p
Client 3: Onekama, MI
Monday-Wednesdays 10a-2p
Direct Support Staff/Life Skills Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living including but not limited to: bathing, grooming, toileting, hoyer transferring and adequate nutritional intake
Maintain a healthy environment for the client in their own home
Follow care-plan or Individual Plan of Service
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must have reliable transportation
A positive attitude and the ability to arrive on time for every shift
