Spear Direct Care is an established concierge style precision medicine practice located in Hayden, Idaho. We have an opportunity for an experienced, growth-oriented, and compassionate board-certified physician assistant or nurse practitioner who seeks to practice high-quality medicine in a relaxed environment.

What qualifications are we looking for?

· A passion for providing superior healthcare to our patients

· Interest and experience with Integrative Medicine and/or Functional Medicine

· Growth-minded and enjoys working in a self-driven independent capacity

· PA / NP with an unrestricted license to practice in Idaho

Our clinic is open Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM by appointment only with shared call. Compensation is primarily based on patient panel size with an option for a small part-time salary.

Located in beautiful Coeur d Alene, Idaho area, there is plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy including golf, water sports on Lake Coeur d’ Alene and Hayden Lake, hiking along Tubbs Hill, and skiing in Sandpoint.
