Job description
All-Ways Care Services hires staff to work with Consumers with disabilities in their homes and in the community and maintains consumer cases through Macomb County Community Mental Health.
Staff work with Consumers on day-to-day things, based on the person's abilities and interests, in order for them to be as independent and cared for as they wish. Staff may work with people on grocery shopping, daily routines, chores around the house, personal errands and hygiene. Other Consumers require more total care, where staff will help support them in self-care, using the restroom, entertainment and stimulation, and more hands-on help around their home.
Staff will receive a $1,000 hire bonus after 30 days of consistent billing.
Staff receive all necessary trainings through our agency, and trainings are paid time after 45 days from start date.
We encourage staff to let us know their availability, and we will find cases based on that availability. There are many open cases, and no schedule is unworkable. We will keep staff close to home, so commuting is easy. Staff have the opportunity to work full time and can work as part-time as needed as well. Work schedules can be very flexible.
