Oceanview RHCF, located in Atlantic City, NJ, is licensed by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, and strives to provide safe and affordable housing for adults with mental illness. Oceanview RHCF caters to adult ambulatory residents who do not need skilled nursing care, but who do need some oversight in their day-to-day affairs.

Most Oceanview RHCF residents are able to perform activities of daily living with minimal assistance from our caring staff, which encourages all residents to be as independent as possible.

Oceanview RHCF staff are truly dedicated to the well-being of all our residents, and are encouraged by management to:

• Empower our residents to be as independent as possible, and to live up to their full potential
• Help with management of all medical care including specialists in order to maintain optimal health
• Assist with assessment of social and mental health needs in order to guide the residents to local services to serve their needs and interests

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Resident care
• Laundry
• Housekeeping
• Serving meals
• Medication supervision

Requirements:

• Experience working in a group home environment is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to multi task
• Reliable, punctual and good attendance
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs
