We are hiring someone to serve as a Dining Room Host/Hostess. The #1 Priority in this role is to engage with our guests, leaving them with a remarkable experience. Every little detail makes an impact in the customer service experience.

Key Duties:

• Make eye contact, listen to what the customer has to say, follow the conversation, and respond appropriately.
• Consistently interact with our guests; open doors, throw away their trays, learn customer behaviors and anticipate their needs
• Go table-to-table handling out Mints, asking if there is anything else we could do for them (straws, napkins, more sauces, etc.)
• Serve food
• Other Duties include; cleaning up after guests, cleaning the bathrooms periodically, sweeping and mopping periodically, taking out the trash.
• Monitor supplies to ensure an adequate level.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluently speaking English
• 1+ years experience serving at a top level of customer attentiveness

Pay: $15.25 - $16.00 per hour
