Job description

Our Digital Wave seeks an experienced digital project manager to own high-value projects from initial startup to delivery. Successful candidates will have at least five years’ experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget and exceeding expectations.
This is a full-time position with benefits, located in either our Huntingdon Valley, PA office, Chesapeake, VA office, or fully remote.
Primary responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact with clients
• Discern client goals and strategize with cross-functional team to meet objectives
• Work with project directors to drive work forward and guide the efforts of the entire team, including client partners
• Create and manage complex project schedules to continually align active work with overall project goals
• Schedule, prep, and facilitate client and internal team meetings
• Manage budget, profit, expenses and invoicing on designated projects
• Control project scope and client expectations, facilitating difficult prioritization decisions between client and internal project teams
• Organize and maintain project files and documentation
• Manage available resources effectively, working in concert with the entire project management team to identify and resolve resource gaps as needed to ensure successful outcomes

Ideal candidate will exhibit:

• Strong breadth and depth of experience in digital project management space
• Proficiency with project management and team collaboration software
• Comfort level in managing shifting objectives, budgets and schedules
• Familiarity with project management principles, but flexible enough to think beyond task lists and able to quickly adapt to new processes
• Experience communicating with high-profile clients
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across all typical web project phases
