Position

The Digital Performance Manager is responsible for deploying Fendi’s global digital & brand marketing vision to the Americas market. This position reports into the Director of E-Commerce, supporting Fendi’s business in the US, Canada, Mexico & Brazil through paid digital media and localized organic marketing.

Job Responsibilities

Included but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee digital growth via performance media for US, Canada, Mexico & Brazil, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display
  • Design, implement & own multimillion-dollar Fendi Americas paid media budget on lower funnel campaigns
  • Manage and execute implementation of SEM strategy that compliments SEO, drives growth while meeting conversion and ROI targets
  • Collaborate with local agencies, platforms, and technical partners to optimize results identifying new strategies and tools that can support and improve campaigns following global direction and adapting for local needs
  • Partner with Americas e-commerce / omni-channel, CRM & merchandising teams to develop goals, strategies, and marketing calendar in accordance with sales targets & local market needs
  • Liaise with HQ digital media & e-commerce teams to adapt global strategies & calendar to the Americas market. Communicate on strategy/project developments and weekly reporting.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Set goals, track performance, and continuously optimize marketing channels to meet acquisition, sales & retention goals for both paid media & site traffic
  • Analyze and translate data into actionable insights and revenue driving ideas
  • Understanding of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CPM
  • Develop strategic insights & present to senior management

Organic Channels & Localized Content Development

  • Own local email marketing strategy, calendar, and content development in collaboration with e-commerce, CRM & merchandising teams
  • Produce copy and adapt assets for marketing channels, including paid media, email marketing & organic social media following HQ guidelines

Resource Management

  • Manage external resources, including, media partners (20+) and agencies

Finance / Admin / Misc.

  • Own and track budgets & invoicing in collaboration with local finance team
  • Liaise with counterparts within LVMH and sister brands to share learnings & best practices
  • Attend LVMH group & partner seminars to stay up to date on the digital media, marketing & e-commerce space


Profile

The ideal candidate is someone who can develop and articulate a strategy for paid marketing efforts, execute against that strategy and effectively share program results. Candidate must be comfortable managing the paid marketing budget, including allocating the budget across channels and between acquisition and retention efforts. We are looking for someone who is analytical, self-starting and capable of dealing with ambiguity and rapidly-changing priorities, with a strong desire to take on more responsibility as Fendi continues to grow.



Additional information

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in digital media, e-commerce and/or marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt large quantities of data to actionable insights
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Analytics
  • Prior experience executing in SA360/Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager & other platforms
  • Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management and external agency partners
  • Excellent budget management skills
  • Time & resource management; experience working with cross-functional internal teams and 3rd party digital marketing partners
  • Strategic knowledge of luxury fashion landscape, brand building & identity
