Nuvera has customer solution centers in the Minnesota communities of New Ulm, Glencoe, Goodhue, Hutchinson, Litchfield, Redwood Falls, Prior Lake, Sleepy Eye and Springfield as well as Aurelia Iowa.

A Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and maintain our digital front door and ensure a seamless customer experience, a more streamlined buying experience, and proper brand representation. Monitor and manage our digital marketing strategy to grow online performance.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Administers the day-to-day editing of Nuvera’s website, including the creation of landing pages, website modifications, lead collection, and leading quality assurance practices
• Uses discretion and judgment to manage, direct, and execute all digital marketing tactics/campaigns
• Promote collaboration and provide direction with a digital marketing agency and e-commerce vendor
• Provide oversight on all digital, social, and email marketing initiatives
• Execute all email marketing campaigns and provide reporting and recommendations to internal teams
• Monitor key online metrics to track the performance of digital marketing investment and website analytics to provide consultation and expert advice to management
• Ensure the Nuvera brand and voice are consistent across all digital platforms

Preferred Experience:

• 4-year degree
• 3 years of advanced knowledge and experience with WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, HTML + CSS
• ·Experience with SEMRush, Google Adwords, marketing automation platforms
