Digital Marketer & Integration Specialist

Position Overview: As a Digital Marketer & Integration Specialist, your primary responsibility is overseeing the integration and alignment of various marketing systems, tools, and platforms within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, campaign execution, and marketing automation across different channels. Your role will involve configuring, testing, and troubleshooting marketing technologies to optimize marketing operations and drive business growth. You will leverage various digital channels and tactics to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. Your role will involve analyzing data, identifying trends, and optimizing campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Systems Integration:

  • Identify and evaluate marketing systems, tools, and platforms required to support the organization's marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to integrate marketing systems, ensuring smooth data flow, and eliminating data silos.
  • Configure and customize marketing automation platforms, property management (PMS), Lead Management Systems (LMS), Reputation Management Systems (RMS), email marketing tools, social media platforms, analytics platforms, and other marketing technologies.
  • Implement data integrations, API connections, and data synchronization between various marketing systems.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to define campaign requirements, goals, and ROI.
  • Ensure proper configuration and setup of marketing technologies to support campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and customer journey mapping.
  • Test and troubleshoot campaigns, ensuring accuracy, personalization, and effective targeting.

Data Management and Governance:

  • Develop and implement data management processes, including data cleansing, deduplication, and segmentation.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity across marketing systems and platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, privacy policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to establish data governance frameworks and standards.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Define and implement tracking mechanisms to measure marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights on key metrics and trends.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and present actionable recommendations based on marketing analytics.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support with the team on the effective use of marketing systems, tools, and platforms.
  • Develop documentation, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing integration processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to promote marketing integration excellence.

Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to define digital marketing goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google & Facebook Ads, social media platforms, display networks, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Identify new advertising opportunities and emerging digital platforms to reach target audiences effectively.

Content Marketing:

  • Create and manage content marketing strategies to engage and educate target audiences.
  • Develop compelling and relevant content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
  • Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) and lead generation.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive website traffic.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community management, and customer interactions.
  • Monitor social media trends, platforms, and tools to identify opportunities for growth.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and user experience.
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and implement changes to optimize landing pages, forms, and website elements.
  • Stay updated with CRO best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, tools, and platforms.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Facebook, social media management platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with web design principles, WordPress and user experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
