Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Lead Diet Aide position. Our beautiful, gated community with casual and fine dining venues is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA (just off the Route 309 Norristown Road exit).
In this role, you will be responsible for fostering an environment of hospitality for residents and guests under the direction of the Nutrition Service Manager. Responsible for the accuracy of diets and meal service in the absence of manager. Works alongside Dietitians, Managers, and Chefs to help prepare food for residents. Prepares and serves therapeutically correct diets following established menu guidelines. Responsible for enforcing all policies and ensuring regulatory guidelines for safe food handling and sanitation are being followed. Requirements:

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a food or healthcare setting
