Diagnostic Assessment Administrator
Job description
Sylvan Learning Center is hiring a diagnostic assessment administrator.
The Administrator supports the Center Directors in delivering diagnostic assessments for students.
Be part of a team who work together so that students succeed and parents get the best customer care possible. Hours are flexible but would include 10:00am-5:00pm Monday through Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays 9am-1pm. Hourly wage of $10 to $13 per hour depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, welcoming demeanor and professional customer service skills.
- Multi tasking skills
- 2 years office experience.
- Computer proficient, ready to learn our center operations software.
- Organizational skills and ability to self-direct.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and produce high quality and accurate work.
- Ability to create a welcoming and professional front desk environment for our students, families, and community.
