As a Developmental Management and Sales Trainee, you will be mentored in the skills necessary to be a successful member of the Mustang Cat team. This program will catalyze upward mobility through an immersive experience that provides operational understanding of Mustang’s business, product offerings and customers through rotational assignments across the organization. Positions in various departments include: Power Systems, Service, Rental Services, SITECH, Parts and Sales What will I do? • Gain operational understanding of Mustang’s business, product lines, and customers • Forge strong working relationships with customers and fellow employees • Complete daily responsibilities for primary work assignment • Rotate with other program participants to learn different aspects of the company • Receive one-on-one training by experienced Mustang Cat managers • Lunch-and-learn trainings from executive team • Opportunity to work in a family oriented, highly productive work environment that promotes leadership and career development • Complete presentations and special projects as assigned Do I have what it takes?- Bachelor’s degree • Eager to join a dynamic team and work together to achieve set goals • Self-motivated, resilient and able to work in a fast paced – customer focused environment • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to “think on your feet” • Interest in the Heavy Equipment and Industrial Power industries • Strong desire to work hard, gain leadership experience and succeed • Strong mechanical aptitude • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service to all levels of customers and coworkers Apply today to join one of Houston’s “Top 100” private employers!
