Desktop Technician
CommuniCare Health Services is a world-class provider of health care services throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Indiana, and Missouri. We are currently seeking a full-time Desktop Technician in our IT department to support our facilities and Home Office Staff. This is a full time position that will be based out of our corporate offices located in the Blue Ash section of Cincinnati, OH.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the Setup, Repair and Deployment of laptops and desktops.
- Manage logistics of incoming and outgoing IT shipments.
- Maintain an organized inventory of all equipment.
- Setup and deploy new printers.
- Provide assistance in maintaining IT asset inventory.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Inventory control management and logistics experience
- At least three years’ experience in a Technical Support field, troubleshooting hardware/software problems.
- Exceptional attention to detail; thorough when investigating and reconciling inventory discrepancies
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Ability to work independently - candidate must be a "self-starter".
- Technical Certifications a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM or MDM solution a plus.
