Qualifications

• Customer Service and Client Relations are in your wheelhouse and making them happy makes you happy
• Organizer extraordinaire— (like your label maker is your BFF)
• A creative eye and out-of-box thinker and problem solver
• You can work independently, taking initiative on a project but you also thrive in a collaborative environment
• You are reliable, trustworthy and your team’s success is paramount
• Know your way around a computer, can run Microsoft Office and eager to learn more
• You are not afraid to work hard and pack up some beautiful tile for your team’s client meetings
• Love, and we mean LOVE - Materials & Textile samples and keeping them organized

In a perfect world, these qualifications would be stellar

• QuickBooks
• Experience in the Interior Design or related client relations industry
• Adobe Creative Cloud/Suites
• AutoCAD/ Sketchup/ Revit

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solid client relationships
• Coordinate orders and installations
• Follow-up on tracking products
• Schedule deliveries
• Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email
• Whether you’re helping with walk-in clients, answering phone calls, or the occasional delivery run, you’re ready to step in wherever you’re needed
• Resolving client concerns and challenges
• Preparing documents and submitting them to your design team and/or clients
• Work collaboratively with your design team to maximize productivity
• Organize and monitor schedules
• Manage and meet deadlines
• Some weekends and special events are required
