Lead Secretary Full Time Days Position Summary
Provides secretarial and administrative support for rehab leads, managers and director. Coordinates the daily workflow, scheduling and training of secretaries both on and offsite. Demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of a front office staff member, while also overseeing process improvement projects and working with management staff to meet department metrics. Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments, and works on special projects independently.
