The responsibility of the Janitorial and Laundry Lead is to maintain sanitary conditions and / or laundry services for the facility.
Hours: 2:0.0pm -11:00pm
Pay Rate: 20.55
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

Have knowledge of and be able to perform all tasks of Janitorial/ Laundry Department

May at sometimes need to fill in a Janitorial and Laundry Associate Position

Helps train and coach team members
-
Take a proactive approach to problem solving when issues arise

Aids supervisor in making sure team members have the proper tools needed to perform job duties
-
Ability to follow and help enforce Company policies and procedures
-
Reports problems to supervision as they arise
-
Aids in building a positive work environment
-
Assist in overseeing the department to ensure all tasks are being completed up to expectations
-
Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role does not require supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Minimum education needed.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manual
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Minimum mathematical skills needed.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Some computer experience required
FOOD SAFETY:
Take a proactive role in assuring a clean, safe work environment, immediately report any safety and or work concerns with supervisor.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
A valid driver’s License is highly recommended, but not required. As certain parts of your job function may require the use of a company vehicle for travel.
