The job description for this position will consist of the following listed below

  • Scheduling
  • Phone calls
  • Office admin work
  • Scanning paperwork into the patient's records
  • Creating new forms and printing them
  • Applying\collecting payments from patients
  • Cleaning the office at the end of the day with the assistants

If there is anything I forgot on the list, it will be basically front admin work from calling patients to confirm their appt's and scheduling them.

I will be willing to train. Looking for someone a permanent future with our practice.
