Responsibilities
- Greet patients
- Answer phones & schedule appointments
- Help manage patient flow and the overall efficiency of the office
- Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort
- Present treatment plans & coordinate with insurance companies
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Skills
- Dental Office experience a plus!
- Excellent customer service, communication and people skills
- Outgoing and friendly
