We are currently looking to fill an entry level, part-time front desk position. We are seeking a fun and reliable person who will make our beautiful, modern office more efficient and pleasant for our patients. We want someone who is well-organized with great attention to detail. We are a long-time established dental office, serving families of all ages for over 24 years in Pinole, California.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients in the dental office
• Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain hygiene schedules
• Maintain accurate patient records
• assist with insurance billing and payment procedures

Skills

• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable
• High school diploma
• Dental Assistant experience is plus, although not required
